Email Platforms Report


Platform reporting shows you the top-performing devices and browsers so you can optimise your email design and test for specific browsers.

This report is designed to help you identify which desktop email clients (e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird, Lotus Notes), webmail clients (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail), and mobile browsers (e.g. Safari, Blackberry, Android) subscribers use to open your emails. You can access detailed reports for your message by clicking Email > History.

  1. Click the campaign name of your message.
  2. Click the Detailed button in the Preview panel.
  3. Click Platforms to access detailed reporting.


The Platforms report is broken down by top-performing platform (desktop, web, or mobile) and reflects the proportion of each as a percentage. You can see detailed statistics for each platform by clicking on the corresponding tab above the table.
