The Interactive Graph

All the sub-reports in the Recipients report use an interactive graph to present recipient activity. You can zoom in on a specific time-frame by dragging the sliders above the scroll bar. You can also hover your mouse over the graph for a detailed breakdown of the open statistics at that specific time. Just above the graph is a row of tabs which you can click to view a breakdown of important recipient statistics. Each tab shows the number of interactions specific to its topic. If the number is greater than 1% of your recipients, this will be shown as a percentage. If it's less than 1%, it will be shown as a whole number.

Opens

The recipients report shows the Opens page by default. This screen shows a graph of the number of opens over time, as well as a list of recipients who opened the email. Opens record the total number of times the email was opened, while unique opens are counted once per contact who opens the email. This can result in a higher opens statistic if a single contact opens an email more than once. The table on the Opens screen shows all the contacts who have received the email. It also shows how many times they opened it and their most recent interaction with it.

Clicks

The clicks report shows the number of times the links within your email were clicked.. Unique clicks are counted once per contact, per link.
