How do I add a new user?

To add a new user, click My Account > My Customers in the main menu.

First check the checkbox of the main account. Click New > User to create a user.

Properties

Basic: Fill in the basic details of the new user.

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Telephone
  • Mobile

Authentication: Create a username, and assign a password. The API Key is optional. Click Generate to create an API Key for the user.

Access Rights

Set up the rights that your created user is allowed to have.

  • Contacts
  • Messages
  • Campaigns
  • Queue
  • Reporting
  • My Account
  • Advanced
  • Transactional Mail
  • Transactional SMS
  • Users & Customers
  • API

Do not forget to click save.
