How do I find out what the average unsubscribe rate is for messages?

Reporting is enabled on lists to help determine trends across list activity.

1. Click Contacts > Lists.
2. Click the list name you need the report for.
3. Click the Reports button.
4. Click Subscription Reports, in the menu on the right, to view statistics for subscribe and unsubscribe activity on the list.

Graphs reflect subscribe and unsubscribe rates as well as any active growth on the list and you can filter results by date. Click Message summary to export all messages sent to the list, with the numbers for reads, clicks, and unsubscribes according to date.
