We have made a number of improvements to the product. Automation is the guiding force behind the changes to ensure your marketing campaigns are intuitive, manageable, and easier to deploy.

This is a detailed list of the most important changes we’ve made to the product in the second quarter of this year.

Landing Pages

Landing pages are a new feature in the product. You can now build static web pages hosted on our servers, to extend your email and SMS messages.

[su_spacer]

You can build a landing page using any of our five composition methods:

  • Builder
  • Classic
  • Coder
  • Import from URL
  • Upload from Zip.

Reporting is currently unavailable. However, all opens and clicks are still tracked. Please contact support should you need these reports.

A/B Split Test

We continue to improve the composition steps in A/B Split Testing for faster creation.

A/B Split Test Set Up

We have created a new step to set-up your A/B Split Test.

Split Test Composition

We have simplified the email composition steps. Message properties, delivery options, and confirmation screens have been removed from individual mail composition.

Now you select your composition method and template, then proceed to create your email. Click Add to Test to complete the composition.

Message Properties

Fill in the subject, from name and from email for each mail here.

List Split

You can split your list between test contacts and contacts who will receive the winning mail. This is done using a slider.

Winner Selection

The winning message can be determined by the number of opens or clicks each message receives. The system will automatically send the winning email to the balance of the list after the test duration.

Test Duration

You can set how long to run the test before a winner is selected. The system will continue gathering stats on the test messages after the test duration has elapsed.

A/B Reporting

Testing Period

The main graph tracks the opens and clicks during the testing period.

[su_spacer]

These are the details you can see:

  • Current Test Status: The first line will change according to the status and conclusion of the testing period.
    • Winner determined: Displays the winning message, and determining percentage at conclusion of testing period.
    • No winner determined: The system will automatically send Message A if no winner is determined.
  • Current Time Status: Displays the current status of the testing period.
    • Test time remaining: Gives the remaining time before a winning message is determined and set.
    • Test Concluded: Once the test is complete, the text displays the date and time the test was concluded.
  • Total Sent: Displays the total number of messages sent during the testing period.
  • Total Opens: Displays the current open rate of the sent messages.
  • Total Clicks: Displays the current click rate of the sent messages.

You can still read the individual reports for each test message.

SMS

You can now add an attachment to your SMSes. The system will generate a link to access the attached file.  We automatically track the attachment links.

You can only send one attachment in an SMS. We recommend using link shortening as these links are approximately 140 characters long, the length of an entire SMS.

Enterprise – Quota Page

The system now has a ‘Quota Breakdown’ button. With it, you can see how many credits each department has used.
