We’ve updated our Help Centre page for both clients and resellers. You’ll now be able to access our Knowledge Base, Email Support, Phone Support, Release Notes, and System Notifications in one place. If you have a Relationship Manager attending to your customer account, then you’ll also be able to contact them from here. Just hover over the “?” icon on the top right of the main dashboard to reveal the Help & Support menu.
Custom fields in transactional emails will work as intended thanks to a recent fix to our API.
