New Feature
- In accordance with Google and Yahoo’s new bulk email authentication requirements, we are now enforcing domain validation for all bulk and transactional emails sent through our platform. This means:
– You are required to verify and authenticate your domain(s) using the security protocols: DKIM, SPF, and DMARC. You will receive an error message in Message History and Message Details if the domain does not meet the validation requirements (see Domains).
– Your email recipients will now be able to unsubscribe by clicking one link only, and unsubscribes will be implemented within two days.
Improvement
- We’ve updated the message send status for the mail transfer agent (MTA) to indicate retry attempts when a message fails to send at first.
