Summary

In version 6.7.7 we have some very exciting updates. The dashboard has been revamped with a full-screen layout and changes to the navigation bar. Other major changes include a visual overhaul of the Email Reports screen, a new step in email composition to make the workflow more intuitive, and the inclusion of industry stats in the email reports. Please refer to the tables below for details of the update.

Navigation

  • The dashboard layout has been changed to full-screen.
  • The navbar has been reduced.
  • New Design help button to appear next to title on all pages.
  • New Feedback button to appear next to title on all pages. This feedback will go straight to the development team.
  • Billing details can now be edited in the customer profile.
  • Customer departments have been added to transactional customers.

Email Report Summary

  • Basic email details are displayed in a new top strap on the Message Summary screen.
  • The statistics are now presented in redesigned stats cards.
  • Industry stats appear below your message’s statistics to allow you to compare your message’s performance against industry averages.
  • New List Interaction statistic shows the percentage of active contacts on your list who interacted with this message. If you sent the message to more than one list, this shows the average of those lists.
  • New Click-to-Open statistic shows the percentage of people who opened the message and also clicked on links within the message.
  • New Engagement Score is a performance score of how engaged your audience is, compared to the industry average.
  • New Social Statistics card shows how many times your message was shared in Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • New Best Time statistic shows the day and hour that your message was most engaged with.
  • New Technology card shows a breakdown of how your audience engages with your message (desktop/web/mobile).
  • New Top City card shows the city with the highest number of engaged readers.
  • You can use the Share button to email a link to the Email Report, or to copy&paste the link into another application.

Message Composition

  • New step inserted after template selection where you enter the message properties and tracking options.
  • We’ve updated the WYSIWYG editor to the latest version.
  • Email on Acid provides inbox preview. You can see what your email will look like in multiple different inboxes. This does take some time to process.

Bounce Handling

  • The system will check for ‘Out of Office’ dates on bounces. If there is such a date, the mail will not be treated as a bounce.
  • Soft bounce counter will be reset if the recipient interacts with a message after a soft bounce is recorded.
