To get the average unsubscribe rate for all your messages:

• Hover over your username in the navigation and click Account Logs.
• Select the respective data range you want to include for all your messages and click Filter.
• Click CSV Report. This will download a report of all the messages sent from your account during the set period.
• From here, convert your CSV to Excel format, so the data is in separate columns, filter out any rows or data you don’t want to include, and calculate the average unsubscribe rate using the unsubscribe rate column. Click here for an easy way to do this in Excel.
