I need more credits. How do I top up my quota?

To purchase top-up email or SMS credits:

Hover over your username, select Topup Credits, and accept the authorisation request.
In the Credits tab, click the Top Up Now button.
Select the top-up package you want from the list.
From here, you’ll get the option to pay via EFT or credit card. Click Pay Now to pay via credit card.

Email credits are allocated immediately, no matter which payment option you choose. All other credits (SMS, voice broadcasting, and push notifications) are allocated as soon as payment is received. As a result, credits bought via credit card are typically allocated immediately.

You can view all unpaid credit purchases in the In-Progress tab.
