How do I add a new user?
- Hover over your username in the navigation and click My Customers.
- Check the checkbox of the main account and click New > User to create a user.
- Fill in the user details in the following three tabs:
Properties
Basic: Fill in the basic details of the new user.
- Name
- Email Address
- Telephone
- Mobile
Authentication: Create a username, and assign a password. The API Key is optional. Click Generate to create an API key for the user.
Settings
Select the user’s preferred language for the platform.
Access Rights
Set up the rights that your created user is allowed to have.

- My Account
- Advanced
- Transactional Mail

- Users & Customers

Don’t forget to click Save.
